things i learned in texas…

across the board, most texans i encountered were really very friendly and nice.

the drive from socal to houston is enjoyable.

some hotels actually believe that a dial-up modem is acceptable. in my opinion, they are wrong.

there are few long haired men in texas.

driving fast on the freeway is no longer just an LA thing. the traffic was fast and thick in phoenix, san antonio, and houston.

my 86 volvo wagon was the only volvo wagon i saw in all of texas.

the annual international quilt show is the largest convention for houston.

pho is available in houston and in tucson.

dont mess with texas.
